Working principle
The core working principle of the linear screen is to utilize the directional excitation force generated by the dual vibration motors to drive the screen box to perform uniform reciprocating linear motion. During this process, the materials on the screen surface are slightly lifted periodically by the inertial force and continuously advance along a parabolic trajectory; at the same time, under the combined effect of gravity and continuous throwing, the materials continuously roll, stratify, and the fine particles come into contact with the screen mesh and pass through it for separation, while the coarse particles float on the upper layer and are transported forward. This ultimately achieves efficient screening and classification.
