Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen originates from its excitation source - the vertical vibration motor. At both ends of the motor, there is an adjustable eccentric weight. When the motor rotates at high speed, the eccentric weights generate strong centrifugal forces. These centrifugal forces are synthesized in the horizontal and vertical directions, ultimately driving the screen box and the screen mesh to produce a unique three-dimensional rotational vibration. 
It is precisely this compound vibration that causes the materials on the sieve not to simply jump or slide, but to move along a complex spiral involute trajectory. Fine particles can quickly pass through the sieve and complete the separation, while coarse particles spiral along the sieve surface and eventually are automatically discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving efficient and continuous screening operations. The entire process is smooth and the screening is thorough.
