The intermittent vacuum feeding machine is an automated equipment suitable for the transportation of granular and powder materials. Working principle
The working principle of the intermittent vacuum feeding machine is based on the pneumatic transportation generated by negative pressure vacuum. Its working cycle is usually divided into four stages:
1. Feeding stage: The vacuum pump is activated, creating negative pressure in the storage bin, resulting in a pressure difference. The suction pipe is inserted into the raw materials, and the materials are sucked into the storage bin under the action of air pressure, while the gas is discharged through the filter.
2. Filtration stage: During the feeding process, the built-in high-efficiency filter separates the conveying air from the materials, preventing the materials from entering the vacuum system and ensuring the purity of the materials and the safety of the vacuum pump.
3. Discharging stage: When the storage bin reaches the preset level or the suction time is completed, the vacuum pump is turned off, and the storage bin returns to normal pressure. At this time, the bottom discharge valve (such as a butterfly valve) automatically opens, and the materials fall into the downstream equipment under the action of gravity.
4. Cleaning and standby stage: After the discharging is completed, the discharge valve is closed, and the system can automatically start the reverse blowing device. Using compressed air, the filter is cleaned to prevent blockage and prepare for the next working cycle.
