Working principle

The working principle of the helical mixer is based on forced convection. The core of it lies in the fact that the stirring shaft is equipped with inner and outer double-layer helical blades with opposite directions: during operation, the outer helical blade pushes the material from both sides towards the center, while the inner helical blade pushes the material from the center towards both sides. This bidirectional movement forms a strong vortex and shear force within the cylinder, enabling the material to rapidly achieve uniform mixing through rolling and circulation.

The interior is smooth without any dead corners. The bearings are placed externally to prevent contamination, making cleaning and maintenance easy.
